Hardly anything is as powerful as the umbrella acacia, my favorite tree of the African savannahs. It defies high temperatures, drought and sandstorms. Its canopy spreads protectively over anyone who rests under it, its shade giving energy and self-confidence. The umbrella acacia is my personal symbol of what Africa's nature provides and offers us humans. That's why, for my scented candle collection, I was looking for a fragrance that would convey this intensity and power and ground me in any place in the world. I found this feeling in the SHINING AMBER fragrance composition of warm, slightly earthy smelling resin, sweet vanilla and sensual sandalwood. Already in the first seconds after lighting the wick, the memory gently spreads and takes me on a journey to my roots in Africa.
